The Phoenix Medical Practice 

The Phoenix Medical Practice is a small, friendly, well established single-handed undergraduate teaching practice. Dr Khan is the principle GP. The Practice is proud to offer the highest standard of patient centred healthcare.    We run many clinics for the management of chronic disease (eg, asthma, CHD, diabetes) and offer a wide variety of other medical services including minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well person checks.

You can call into the Practice and complete a Registration Form or print one off from the link below and bring it into the Practice.

Disabled Access

To enable access to the surgery for disabled patients we have the facility of a ramp and double doors for easy access. The practice is based on the ground floor level only.
